My husband Link and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jodi Hendrix while purchasing a second home in the Kansas City area. We were doing most of the negotiating and dealing with the seller long distance. Jodi stepped up and handled everything honestly and professionally. She went the extra mile for us several times meeting window replacement people, handymen, painters and cleaning crews in our absence.
The seller and their broker were not the easiest to work with and did not do some of the things that they had promised at closing as well as leaving the unit filthy. Jodi didn't hesitate, she let my husband and I know that she would make sure that it was cleaned and ready for move in at her company's expense. She did not have to do any of this for us, but she did.
Due to her diligent and helpful work ethic, I give Jodi a 5 star rating!!!
